Story: Istavan is a creature carux found when he was running from the gryphon emperor. he stumbled across the creature in fear and the creature, sensing the young mans terror fought to scare away the tyrant, giving them both enough time to flee, carux educated the strange dragon beast to talk, read and write but it seems he knows more then he is willing to let on..

Story:
Jet has a blood diesease which could most simply be referred to as Vampirism but what the scientists looking into it call the Primal Parasite. He has a thirst for blood that'll leave him agonising in pain if he does not quench it. In exchange, the parasite buffs up his strength and senses and makes him the perfect hunter as well as speeding up his natural ability to heal. Normally, his eye's are black but a clear sign of him being in his Primal state is when his eyes turn a golden yellow, much like that of a lion or a halk.
He lives with his boss Yuuji as a body guard and assassin along with his brother Chase.

Zinnober is an IT guy for a catalog company, which gives him a lot of spare time to play WoW.

Likes: Poptarts (strangely like Effigy's, it must be a Sphaler thing), Mountain Dew, techno music, online rpg's, reading sf and fantasy, and girls, though he almost never talks to any except Hyacinth the FedEx girl. Mostly he hides out in the basement either at work or in his basement apartment, watching SF movies, though every now and then he'll venture out to a comic book or sf convention. He's got a closet full of convention costumes, including some rocking dragon feet that don't fit very well.

Dislikes: any kind of confrontation, being the center of attention, trying to talk to girls, crowds, and all the parts of Star Wars that contradict the Canon. He feels the books represent the "real" extended universe and that Lucas was a slacker not to use them making the later movies. (he'll actually argue about this at conventions, and get very pink). He's not into organized sports except table tennis.

Story: Balthazar is Zinnober's older brother (which makes perfect sense in the Kirin universe, not so much in the normal universe) Unlike Zinnober, who is willing to be just a Code Wizard, Balthazar wants to create things with magic, usually jewel encrusted items like singing mechanical birds, living statues, and whatnot, all very impractical. He spends most of his time in medieval Persia, where his hobby supports him nicely and he only occasionally has to visit the 21st century for things like PopTarts. I tried getting him a Soom body and he would have none of it, so he's on a highly posable Impl body for the moment.

Story: Like his brothers, he's a kirin..an International Kirin of Mystery, since he was a total impulse buy and just now got his faceup. Whoever he is, I like him. He's Chinese, apparently, somewhat shy but not unfriendly. He has very large hooves and spends most of his time outdoors, patrolling a mythical forest, but he does come visit his brothers and vice versa. He's fond of cooking and not so fond of hunters. here he is with Balthazar:

He's so much fun--he needs more props. I suspect he goes out with my Yur when I am not paying attention.
