He currently sports two different eyes. The left is a brown acrylic, the right blue glass.
His wig started out life as a long light brown cancan wig which I chopped and colored.

Bio
- Tristan is the eldest son of Duke and a Princess of a ruined country far, far away, probably European, and has the title of 'prince'. In their family, they have a little tradition where the father gives his children their first names and the mother gives them their middle names. Tristan loved his late mother dearly and does not let anyone call him Kakyou except his special someone. In addition, the eldest child of their family also has a 'secret name', which in Tristan's case is 'Ryuuki', which his mother gave him.

- His name Tristan means 'bold and melancholic'. (Fell in love with this name after watching the movie - "Legends of a Fall") His middle name Kakyou is Japanese for 'tooth of dawn'. He was born in Japan at dawn... (also coz I love Kakyou in X and thinks Tristan looks a little like him...) and his 'secret' name is Ryuuki, also Japanese meaning 'Bright Lapis Lazuli'. (Also the name of my favourite character in Saiunkoku Monogatari, who also somewhat looks like Tristan, but I've chosen the kanji and meaning of the name of the Fire Archangel, Ryuuki, in CLAMP's WISH.)

- Tristan was walking in the woods one day when he was attracted to a huge, beautifully blossoming sakura (cherry blossom) tree. He looked up into his branches and in the mist of the petals blown violently in the wind, he saw a girl high up in the tree, she was Sakuya, the spirit of the cherry tree. He was supposed to be her next victim (she slowly sucks away the life force of her victims) but they fell in love~ ^^ They continued to met each other in secret, however, though Sakuya didn't intentionally feed off Tristan's life force, just being with her greatly weakened him... Being a student of the Dark Arts, he used his Dark magic to maintain his life, and manages to stay alive like that for several years (long enough to have his children! LOL) However, still he was slowly dying... and finally decides to try the forbidden ritual that will give him everlasting life.... Unfortunately the ritual failed, he was turned into a vampire and went briefly mad. In his madness, he attacked his siblings... he awoke to find his brothers and sister dying around him and quickly turned them into vampires too... (a decision he deeply regrets, hence the sorrow that is often reflected on his face) however the people in their duchy upon learning that their future duke was a vampire immediately rebelled against the duke's family. Tristan and his siblings managed to escape but were separated, their father was killed. Also Tristan lost contact with his beloved and their four children... but now after many years, the family is slowly being reunited.

About him: First off, to make a long story short, Kalo is a Scarlet, which are a nomadic people who wander around the earth. His story is set in something like the future of this planet, but I am not going to bore you all with the entire story lol. Anyways, he is the a descendant of the leader of Caravan Ocelot, which is the largest wandering caravan of its kind. Kalo (which is the name-title of a caravan leader, his real name I wont reveal yet :P) wandered off one day from his father's caravan in order to start his own. Plus he didn't get along with his siblings too well because they were all a lot younger that he lol. He is extremely laid back, fearless, and like all Scarlets able to feel at home wherever they are (unless they've been trapped in the Ghetto, a permanent encampment for captured Scarlets in the cities). He is extremely resourceful, and can worm his way in or out of anything. Because of his extremely communal lifestyle, he (unfortunately for Niko, a non-Scarlet traveling companion) has virtually no concept of "personal space." He is actually married, but for now his caravan and his wife's caravan (who is 18 I think?) have not combined.

Bio:
