Resin Comparison Impldoll Resin matching (nudity)

I wonder how the match would be with Crobidoll. That is a pretty nice looking body!

 

I received my two IMPLDolls today by surprise! I thought it would not be until the weekend! I'm very impressed with the dolls and joints and also resin feel. The resin is quite neat and has a different look to it almost like real human skin. LOL So maybe that is why they call it real skin. Hee Hee

I looked through all my dolls and nothing matches in the way of skin color in my collection. (I have - Elf Doll, AOD, LeDolls, Domuya, Goodreau, Tonner) I'm meeting with my friend on Tuesday who has many other company's dolls so I'm hoping to make a list so we all know what looks best with the skin color match. Thanks for telling us about your dolls skin color matches.

Also I was thinking maybe this skin color may be a type of French resin???? What do you think?

I'd be interested in Dollzone matches... perferably the yellow ns, but I'd go with the pink ns as well.

 

Dollzone NS yellow is very close to Fairyland's NS, so if you could check it against a Minifee that might be helpful for both of those! I personally would love to see the white and NS compared to Minifee white and NS (or other Fairyland dolls, I guess, though my Puki is a bit lighter than my Minifee ordered the same time) since those are the heads I have most of. Or Delf beauty white also, I will be needing a body for one of those eventually too. Thanks for the matching, very helpful!

 

If Ty could get up here, Bo's headcap is Delf white resin. (Not the rest of his head though, amusingly enough) I don't know when it is from, but maybe it could give someone an idea of resin match?

EDIT: Also, James is a NS Delf. I also have Rhyme as a NS Puki...it wouldn't be Minifee, but maybe again it could give someone an idea of the resin match...?

 

I am kind of eyeballing the Impldoll girl body... I second the desire for Doll-zone NS-Y against it. If it happens to be similar to Fairyland's NS, then I would definitely like to check Rhyme against this body...

 

How does their Real Skin compare to DZ normal pink?

 

I just received my WS Impldoll body~!

It's incredible: I paid for my order last Saturday and it was home yesterday! Fastest delivery ever!

The inner box is beautiful and the body was very safely packaged inside. One of the fingers was unfortunately broken and I have no idea how it could have happened considering how well-protected the hands were. I'll contact Impldoll about it...

The resin has a very nice texture and, most importantly, its color is a near-perfect match for my Heliot head! To see the difference, you have to know about the hybridization and really, really look for it.

I took a picture for color reference this morning. It includes all the white resin available at home, except the 2 beauty greens from 2005, who can only match one another!

EDIT: I just realized I completely forgot to add an Impldoll hand to the lot. I somehow unconsciously thought Heliot's headcap was from Impldoll since it was linked to the body.

Hey there! does the White skin match Volks white skin? (I didn't see any Volks) or does Volks WS match Soom white skin (Since Soom white skin seems to match Impldoll?) Thanks!

 

hmmm. the bobobie match seems looks pretty close. How was your experience with impldoll? are you going to try and get a replacement hand? I like bobobie/Resinsoul head sculpts and this body looks like it poses very well.

 

Some Napidoll matches would be nice too... though I think they supposedly match Volks, so I second wanting a match there as well! ^ ^b

I have a WS Minimee, but I don't think that's what people are looking for. I also have a CP WS from who-knows-when, and a CP NS, as well as a NS Puki. I dunno if any of those would help anyone.

 

I can second what Tygati wrote: next to DZ WS, Impldoll seems to be paler and have a more peach-colored tone, while DZ is somewhat more yellow. It's not awful, though.

Comparisons with new Impldoll, MnM and Soom. In my opinion, the WS Impldoll resin matches the best to the MnM head. Minimal blushing will be required but it's not that far off. The Soom NS resin is a bit more peachy/pink than the Impldoll Realskin (which looks darker and more orange next to the Soom) but still fairly close.

It has come to my attention (thru the USA rep) that the Impldoll RS resin is unique in it's color and really will not match any other companies.

You should go to the Yahoo group for DDE. Much chatter the last couple days over there RE resin colors. Michele HArdy took a look today in person andsays "no match" for the Bambu head.

Impldoll RS is darker than most NS and slightly lighter than Tan Skin. It is very dark compared to MnM resin. Impldoll WS is NOT paper white.

I just ordered the Impldoll WS body for the head in the photo. It is a good match with a little bit of blushing. I wouldn't buy an Impldoll NS for a MnM head------you'll be out $300 and be very disapointed (IMO).

So is the IMPL WS too dark for a MNM WS head? I'd love to get an IMPL body for my floating head, but it's so hard to find matches for WS minimees.

 

I have a WS Minimee head that came to me on an WS AOD body..but I didn't like the body...and I just happened to purchase a Spiritdoll body that came in at the same time, it's NS but the color is very pale almost an ivory or off white, so I put my MNM head on it and its a very good match...just a thought.

 

Thanks for posting this! It confirms my suspicions that RS Impldoll might be just yellow and dark enough for one of my yellowed dolls.

 

Long shot, but does anyone have Impldoll NS/RealSkin that they can compare to DragonDoll Tan and/or Migidoll NS (I don't really care which version of the Migidoll NS it is)? Or to an NS Esthy Peroth?

 

Does anyone of you have an Impl male and Soom Heliot's hooves.
Can they fit?
What about Soom NS and Impl RS - does they have a good match?
They reeally have nice bodies - Impl.

 

The foot in post #31 and #42 are Soom NS and Impl RS. The RS is much darker and yellower.

Next time I go to visit my friend I can get a BBB/RS NS Vs. Realskin match..but I don't think it would match..off hand.

But, would an Imp Child WS head even fit an AOD mini body? And does anyone have any AE bodies to compair to? Their WS skin is apparently only a shade lighter than their normal, but I like the look of their bodies better and they're not too expensive. (Impl Child bodies are incredibly thin!)

this is probably a long-shot but does anyone have older B&G WS (like from a year or two ago) with WS imple? i like the child body for my Ymir head...possibly in the future...sometime...XD

 

Rabiruchi: In that department, the 1/3 male body is the best I've ever seen. Not only does it take any pose we may feel like, but it keeps it steadily. Also, the lack of double joints in the knees doesn't prevent it from kneeling whatsoever.

He is completely balanced like this, and is not leaning on anything.




His leg is tied to his neck, but he's completely balanced and it is kinda amazing.

Ranji hasn't been modded at all, hasn't even been restrung. The poseability of these dolls is amazing.
