Hi! As the odd girl out at the D&D table, I like to freak out the guys I play with a little bit, plus the DM gives bonuses for bringing props. So my doll(s) come with me to D&D, and I know I can't be the only one. Please share with me your pictures of your little one(s) at the table, all dressed up and ready for adventure! Amalia ((PS I did a search for dnd (DollnDoll came up), d&d (nothing), and dungeons dragons (absolutely nothing). Please, if I missed a similar thread, point me in that direction and delete this! Thanks!))
(Hopefully soapboxdevil won't mind me borrowing a couple of the photos he took at one of our meets earlier this year.) I hope this counts in some way, as it's not exactly them at *the* table with an actual DnD game, but at *their* table playing their own. Clockwise from left: Joey, Abbey, Sid, Timi and The Captain as DM. aaaand...this is what happens when one of the group gets bored:

I'd been contemplating on getting letter-opener sized weaponry for the kids. How well do they work? What sizes do they work best with? I so need to arm my children. I have a small knife that works okay with them and a couple of samurai swords, but I need stuff that's more medieval. Here's a picture of my Kilian, a Lovelyhouse Shin-Ma, with his sword strapped at his side. He's not overly good with it, as he is a fire sorcerer.
I need to get more shots of Darastrix in her updated wig and her lovely new wings, but for now... Also Tarrae seems to like to jump in durring game play....
Qam came along with me once... and got ahold of the dice. Plopped one of the DM's dice in his hands... ...that die has yet to strike the players again successfully. Met a monster...! Made a friend. :>
WHAT FUN! It never occurred to me until seeing this that any one else in the world was into both gaming and BJDs. I founded what may have been the world's first all girl gaming group back in gosh, must have started in '79. We played Dungeons and Dragons and usually wore costumes, played every Saturday night for two years. What a blast! I have only been into BJDs for four years though, and all my old gaming buddies have moved away. I would like to try doing D and D with BJDs though. Any gamers in central Indiana?
He came dyed already! I bought him secondhand specifically because of the colour. His body is male, but my character is a 12 year old girl, so the flat chest works perfect. I was looking at eyes last night
Currently working on creating a backstory for my DC Alberta as a D&D character (Centaur + Ranger) and I'd love to know if anyone else has done the same!
I have a few dolls based off of my D&D characters! This one is Julien Pentacost. He's a half-elf warlock. He just stole the one piece of doll armor that I own, so I had to take a photo. I guess it's fitting though.
last year's con gave me great photo opportunities for my rogue, Jack... except that I forgot to take his out-of-character cat ears off before taking the one with the dragons in the background.
This guy is more an Animal Companion to any of my D&D dolls who tolerate him. Verdigris, (formerly Orion but it just didn't fit) the Bronze drake.

I actually have a doll of my DND character! Her name is Sage Evenwood and she's a human Circle of Spores druid! PXL_20240309_192754389.PORTRAIT by Scrunch, on Flickr PXL_20240106_193114421.PORTRAIT by Scrunch, on Flickr PXL_20230304_233904676.PORTRAIT by Scrunch, on Flickr
@scrunch ah she is fantastic! So much detail in her look. And she has her own little display scene too! Very cool!
