Resin Comparison Little Monica Resin Comparisons

Judging from what Ive seen of body comparisons including both volks and Lm bodies...my guess is that Lm is in the pinkier spectrum and might possibly match something from iplehouse or Dream of doll. I was looking at the Little Monica bodies for a volks matching white and talks to some Lm body owners and eventually decided against it. But thats not saying they still might match. I just don't know. Seems that Little monica's resin is very unique.

So this....is yet another bump for Little Monica comparisons! hehe

LM representative has just confirmed that LM uses the exact same resin as Dreaming Doll. So no doubt their NS and WS will match each other

So good news for anyone seeking hybrids ^^

 

Little Monica is a good match to Luts Real Skin. One of my pics are up already LOL but here is another that might help.


This is the Luts JDF summer event head 1 from this summer and the Little Monica Harmony body.

 

I just got my WS Chloe head, and I can tell you for sure it does not match Soom's CW. Little Monica is VERY white, the Soom white is quite a bit more yellow. FairyLand/Luts BW is also too yellow. Hope this helped! ^^;

 

A girl in the polish forum has a Little Monica NS + DollZone normal pink hybrid - the match is very good Makes sense, seeing that Little Monica NS is lighter and pinker than Volks NS (the first page of this thread) - I once compared my new DZ Wilka pink with my friend's new Volks NS, the result was similiar

 

Just got my Renonne head yesterday~~

Here he is (he's 2011) compared to a late 2011 Migidoll body.




(artificial light, it's dark and rainy outside right now)

The match is pretty close to me, but it's still not exactly perfect. I think the head is a bit of a darker pink.

Also! Bumping for DZ pink skin, and also AoD matching! > w< I'd love to see pictures.

Luts&#8217; resin is a shade lighter than LM&#8217;s but it&#8217;s not so obvious once you throw in a shoulder length wig and a collared shirt.
Note that a face-upped (therefore a bit darker) SDF head fits better on LM&#8217; body than an LM&#8217;s face-upped head does on an unblushed SDF body.

So, it's something along the line of SDF head is fine on LM's body but LM's head is quite noticeably darker than the SDF's body

 

I used to have a Migidoll/Little Monica boy hybrid and the match was PERFECT, I had the pinkier toned Migidoll NS and the LM NS. I don't have any great photos for comparison but here is a picture from when I had my boy:

LM is paler and piker.

 

Does anyone know if Little Monica resin matches Fairyland for NS? Comparison pic would be great!

 

I got some NS Little Monica in comparison with Illusion Spirit normal pink here:









For those wondering about the jointed hands, they are IS 1/3 female jointed hands in normal pink resin on NS LM harmony girl body.

The resin doesn't match Illusion Spirit normal pink is lighter and pinker, while LM NS is significantly darker and has more yellow tint in it. The size and proportions work well, though. Some blushing can make them match better, I guess.

 

Kind of late to reply this, but anyway...

It depends. I'm basing this on CP NS (which is similar to fairyland) though.

My own experience is that they don't match. I had some CP NS hands (sold them unfortunately, so no pictures) and I now have Little Monica bodies and they don't match. I think CP was darker, and pinker. I can't find the thread but there was a luts delf Moon on a Little Monica body and the head was noticeably darker (might have yellowed?).

BUT Will (will-3 on devianart) has a CP Shine head on a Little Monica body (see the doll here). Initially the head was slightly darker but after she sent him for faceup, he became an reasonable match (just maybe the head slightly pinker/darker).

The newer LM NS is a decent match for Impldoll real skin. Its a little too yellow, but its better than any other match Ive tried at home

 

Dose anyone have a fairyland and little Monica comparison?
One with the resin more side by side, or a head on a body. It looks like LM is yellower then FL. But I would love to see more examples.

 

@Nieomy I have dolls from both companies and I can tell you that Fairyland resin is actually darker/more yellow than LM.
Both my girls are in normal skin from their respective companies, & only 1 year apart in terms of arrival dates

Hi there! ^^ Can anyone enlighten me on nowadays LM normal skintone, please?
I'm thinking of LM body for my Kanadoll head and want to be sure the body won't be too pale.
I saw comparison photo of LM and Kana and they were close, but I don't know what year LM was. Recently I read that LM can match Luts. But I know that now Luts is way too light for Kana, it looks white next to Kana resin, which is quite rich in color. I can't tell what years LM and Luts dolls were. Could you help me out and tell or show what shade LM has now?

Hi, does anyone have any recent comparisons of LM NS to iplehouse NS? There was a pic from 2013 that said the iplehouse resin was a tiny bit Pinker, but I don't know how often companies change up their resin.
