Personality: He's like a cat, but with insomnia.
Everything interests Naoya. He likes talking to himself when no one is around. He's actually a very messy person. You can often find him in the library lounging and enjoying the view. Although he is a lazy bum, his thirst for knowledge is insatiable.
When on assassination missions, however, his feline-like instincts and reflexes to accomplish his goal as quick as possible. This isn't because he believes in being merciful--he just wants to return home to attempt to take a nap before his next meal.

History: Naoya is currently part of an underground organization of immortal, elite mercenaries-for-hire. He has amnesia and cannot remember anything past waking up with bandaged eyes in the century before the Italian Renaissance in Europe. He had apparently been with the organization since the age of its founding, but all of his memories are in the hands of the organization's leader, who will not give them back. It was this blackmail that kept Naoya from straying from the group.
Now Naoya isn't so sure if he really wants to remember. His piece of wisdom is that he doesn't need to care because he's immortal--forever is enough time to make new memories. He's happy just lazying around, trying to find a cure for his insomnia, and satisfying his trigger-happy urges every now and then.
