For a Forest Guardian, Kraille spends very little time in a true forest. Instead he is descended of a clan that wanders from place to place, and as such cannot seem to stay in one location for long. Kraille hires himself out as a mercenary, guide, or caravan guard, depending on the work available, using minor glamour to veil his elf-like ears and, sometimes, his eye-colour, which is rare even among Guardians.

Because of his eye-colour, he tends to keep his eyes mostly-closed. And while they are only marginally open, he relies mostly on his sense of hearing, memory of his surroundings, and his sense of the world's 'pulse' to get around. If he opens his eyes during battle, woe be to his enemy.

He is the sibling-like childhood friend to the boy/girl twins Leria and Shirun. While he is calm and serious, he does have a sense of humour, though it rarely shows. Quite hard to ruffle this boy's feathers, though Shirun tries his best.

Any additional info/backstory: When he was little, he got an infection that basically destroyed his hearing. At 12, after a few years of learning to work around being deaf, he started 'hearing' again, only it wasnt with his ears. His magic was starting to kick in, and while it seemed like a godsend at first that he could hear again, he began to respond to far more than just spoken words. He realized people around him were either uneasy or downright afraid of his uncontrolled ability (including most of his family), so he decided to leave home at 14. His older sister Azri insisted on coming with him, and wouldnt let him leave without her.

They joined up with a group of gypsies called the Astril, where they made their home and were accepted with open arms.
