Polina's parents were in Archeology expedition for a misterious Artefact when the whole group of sientists disappeared. They never have been found, neither the excavation site or the Artefact itself. So Polina had to live with her Aunt. Two families never were in touch and her Aunt prefered to send Polina to the boarding school. Thus Polina began to study in Rosette. She was very interested in natural science and tried to keep track of Archeology news. Little by little she found herself deeply involved in Archeology. She also found from an archaeological magazine that there's a theory about her parents' expedition that it was absorbed with a kind of entropy field from the Artifact. So she decided to study Archeology as her major and one day to find the way to save her parents.

Ask her anything you'd like about French History, and she'll give you the entire encyclopedia chapter.O.o She also inherited her mother's love for reading, and her favorite novel is Gaston Leroux's Le Phantome du L'Opera.
Dislikes: Being wrong, not being the center of attention, the dark.
Personality: Despite acting like she's much older than she is, Cosette is very naiive, and innocent. She scares easily, but will never admit to it. She can come off as snotty sometimes, but she's really NOT. She just doesn't want to be seen as being weak.

Claudia is the illegitimate child of two very famous scientists, neither of whom have time in their schedule for or a desire to raise a child. She has lived her life thus far under the tutelage of a governess in the home of her mother. Upon turning 13 she was enrolled in Rosette School and sent off to its distant grounds.

She does not get along very well with the other students, due to a combination of unwillingness on behalf of the other girls and her own social awkwardness. Although she was accepted to the Science department based on the merit of her parents, Claudia is far from the protege others expect her to be. She harbors a secret dream of entering the Music department and furthering her training as a violinist.

Prideful but logical; sarcastic yet loyal. Rosalind can be quite deviate, somewhat cold, and fastidious when it comes to suitors, but is extremely witty, inventive, and resilient to criticism.

Rosalind, from the beginning, was a strange and awkward girl. She had rebellious mousy brown hair, dull gray eyes, and was nearly always covered in mud from her "backyard" adventures. Much taller and clumsier then the rest of her young classmates, she never quite fit in, even though her father assumed a powerful position in Parliament. Then, at age 12, she discovered the Realms. A vast, dangerous, and mystical world full of creature both good...and evil. During her journeys there, she discovered she came from a long line of powerful women called priestesses. Throughout her teen years, she received the training she needed to utilize and master her magical abilities. Along the way, the magic changed her. Her hair turned silver blond and her eyes became a rich blue color. The magic gave her strength, poise, and grace: she was no longer the ugly duckling.
Much has happened between now and then, including a vicious war in the Realms which Rosalind partook in. The magic, war, and London society has spoiled some of her innocent and lady-like traits, leaving a raw, sneaky, rebellious young school girl in the wake of the 20th century.

Personality: Amelia is a gifted mechanical engineer and often retreats into her workshop instead of interacting with her peers. If approached by anyone she warms up to them fairly quickly once she finds them in want of intelligent conversation.
Relationships: She has refused most young men that showed interest in her because they thought it was odd for a young lady so spend most of her time studying and working with gadgets.
Any additional info/backstory: Amelia enjoys teaching Chandana and Rashmika (JID Tania and Tatiana). She takes on Rashmika to be her apprentice because of their shared passion for mechanical engineering. Amelia also bonds with Chandana, helping her break out of her sheltered world.

Customization: Soom official faceup & body blush. i cut the wig to be deliberately messy/uneven, since i imagine she cuts her own hair, or possibly has it cut by an incompetent nurse.

Location: (in real life) East Coast USA (in her story) a fictional island off the coast of Hawaii~

Likes: reading (novels, poetry, scripture), toy animals (especially alpacas), clean bedsheets, fresh air, flowers (anemones and daffodils), prayer, sleeping, period/historical dramas, soft classical music and piano, feminine but modest clothing.

Dislikes: loud noises or intense music, trashy TV and gossip magazines, spicy or heavy food, people with disruptive or aggressive personalities

Personality: a quiet introvert who says little, but rarely stops thinking. she has a very fragile psyche. the most significant difference between Aeryn and myself is that she is a religious (Christian) girl who holds on to her faith tightly.

Relationships: she has no close friends, but most people she encounters take a liking to her and are kind to her, either out of pity or compassion. she is not a confrontational girl, so easy to get along with. perhaps the person she is closest to is her primary nurse and caretaker (whom i haven't developed much backstory for yet, or have any doll to represent her for that matter).

Any additional info/backstory: she is terminally ill, which means she spends a lot of time alone in her hospice bed, where she dreams and daydreams her days away when not distracting herself from her solitude with her hobbies. her parents left her in the care of a an acclaimed hospice for the daughters of rich families after she was diagnosed, but they are more dedicated to their lucrative business ventures, which require them to travel internationally on a regular basis, than they are to personally looking after and caring for their only daughter, despite her grave situation.

although her family is so affluent that they own three houses in two different countries- in Paris, Fayence (which is in the south of France), and in mainland Hawaii, it is very tentative as to whether she will ever be able to leave the hospice and go home again (save for exceptional visits to her parent's Hawaiian villa), and her memories of her life of carefree luxury have begun to fade.

She was ostracised from her village at a young age due to her "unnatural" gift. She grew up very quickly and had to make her own way in a world that did not understand magical talents. She specialises in runes and enchantments, and would set up "Rune Reading" stalls in markets and fairs, but was often accused of fraud when she predicted an unwanted truth. She found refuge on a tiny tropical island where she now lives & works with Anthea. She’s just a tiny bit vain on her appearance and likes pretty dresses even if they're frivolous and impractical.

Unsure of the way back home, Anthea made her way to the next city where she found work in an Apothecary. Healing magic is her forte, and she can't stand to see others suffer. Eventually her path crossed with Sera's and the two live on a small island together offering magical enchantments & potions to travellers and adventurers.
