Not sure if I should be posting this under Featherfall or Dollzone, truthfully, but oh well.. XD * What did you order? I ordered a Dollzone Floy-1, his outfit and shoes, a silver wig and a pair of 16mm red glass eyes, with a Leo BB doll gift. * When did you order? Communication was wonderful, they answered all my questions, including ones involving what clothes would fit certain dolls, and were completely patient with me, as it was my first time ordering a doll. * How easy was it to pay? Paypal makes everything easy~ * How long did it take to ship? They shipped the doll on the 9th of January, 2008, and arrived on the 13th, which was much sooner than I expected. As an aside, I don't know what standard wait times are for making a doll, or if Featherfall being on Christmas vacation delayed the ship times at all, but either which way the doll came far sooner than I had anticipated. * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Definitely. * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, I'd dare say my Floy looks even better in person. * Were you satisfied with the product? Additional notes: When I ordered, the cart charged me 40$ for body blushing.. except, I found out that Dollzone doesn't do body blushing. To remedy this, they offered either store credit or to send the Leo with the face up (I had ordered him without), despite the full face-up costing 60$, instead of 40$, which I thought was very kind of them.

I've had two 2009 experiences with Featherfall. In the first, I ordered three sets of Yo-sized clothing, roughly in the beginning of January. Through absolutely no fault of their own, Featherfall was unable to deliver the package until March. This was entirely a result of Dollzone's annual holiday slowdown. In the second transaction, I purchased an in-stock Little Fee girl. She arrived approximately one week after I paid for her - which is pretty remarkable given that she had to cross the border. The only issue I have with the transaction is that she was purchased as a gift, and now I want one for ME!! Featherfall is always a delight to work with.

Communication is always excellent ~ although they have been having trouble with messages through the Featherfall system I have not had trouble emailing them directly from my own account. If I have a question about size, colour or fit, or just wondering if they are going to carry a particular item of clothing they are always happy to help. * How easy was it to pay? Always simple through paypal * How long did it take to ship? Unless noted that the item is in stock, the standard wait is what you would expect for pre-orders ~ generally a few weeks. Once the item arrives at their end from the manufacturer they ship it promptly. I've never had any complaints about this and the items are always well packaged. * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes I believe it is. * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes they do, mostly better. * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes. I think they should have had measurements or a warning that they fit large SD girl feet. The only SD girl feet I find that even remotely fit those shoes is AA girls, which I do not have any of. I emailed and told them the problem, and they told me (not so politely) that I should have done my own research...and that they won't help me. I emailed them again about the possibility of them putting measurements up on the pages, and that I was still unhappy with it, and they never got back to me again. * Would you order from this company again? I had a lot of questions before I ordered as well as afterwards and they always replied within 24 hours (except on weekends, which is totally understandable). I have very mixed reviews for Featherfall. They can be really slow sometimes. They have a coupon good until Dec 26, but they wont accept this coupon even tho it is Dec 26 today. They refunded the order entirely over a measly $15, which is just bad business in my book. Never gonna order through them again.

Featherfall shipped him the next business day after he arrived. For the price she's definitely worth it. I have problems fitting the hands onto the Luts senior delf and Soom Super Gem dolls because hooks from these companies do not seem to fit the wrist joints of the Dollzone hands. Although I have not tried, I am almost certain the hands will fit Volks dolls nicely because Volks dolls come with their own wrist joints, there is no need to use Dollzone wrist joint. We only need to attach the Dollzone jointed hand onto the Volks wrist joint with Volks hooks. Luts and Soom dolls do not have separate risk joints. I think I need to buy Dollzone hooks to make the hands work on these dolls but I could be wrong. I actually have a huge complaint. I ordered a Dollheart outfit they come in their own boxes. Boxes I like to keep. The outfit was sent without protection of any kind the box was taped up and the stickers were directly placed on the box itself. The boxes condition was pretty bad when it finally arrived at my house. I can't keep the outfit in the box due to it's condition. If you are going to ship out an outfit that's $100+ it should at least have a brown paper wrapping to cover what the product is.
