Yes, the wig is very nice and silky and the clothing is nice to touch and is made very well.

Hello! I just wanted to inform other DOA members regarding a wonderful transaction recently made directly from the Dollheart company. Dollheart had carried a pair of shoes (item#LS-24) that has been sold out for a while. Well, the big procrastinator that I am, I had missed out on purchasing these shoes on several occasions (I just kept putting it off for no reason) until I realized I could not get them anymore. I had contacted the company on Feb 8th to see if they had any of these pairs of shoes left. I received an answer later that night that there were still 2 pairs of those shoes sitting in their Hong Kong store and if I wanted a pair, they would ship it to me directly. I was so excited I quickly emailed them back - they invoiced me through Paypal on Feb 9 - I paid them the same day and I actually received the shoes on Feb 19.
I cannot recommend this company enough! They went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted and their turn around time was impressive! The motto of the story is: WITH THIS COMPANY - SATISFACTION GUARANTEED! They get a rating from me anytime!

The first two times, it was great, but I think by the 3rd e-mail, maybe they were tired of me XD

They shipped on February 20th, so it was a 7 day wait, but for some reason, my package disappeared on the 27th and didn't get to me until March 12th, which was when my doll came in ^^

I love these shoes so much o_o

Yes I was, definitely ^^ I can't stop touching them, and they fit my DoC's feet perfectly.

Not really about the product, when my box went missing just mere miles away from where I lived for 5 days, I sent an e-mail to Dollheart telling them that it had been too many days since they had updated my package. They told me it was probably on it's way. When it turned to 12 days late, I sent an e-mail telling them they'd have to file a claim so they'd look for it. I never got a response over that. But the shoes eventually came in the end, so it's okay.

Yes, but I'll hope that next time my package doesn't randomly disappear in Chicago for 2 weeks XD

Yes, I would, if someone was selling the shoes I was looking for. Shipping is killer o_o

It took them until March 24 to send me a tracking number for items I purchased on March 8. All items were in stock. Dollheart did not do anything to solve the problem and only responded when I threatened to open a paypal dispute.

Not a big deal, but I did wonder why they never answered me. o.O They did let me know when the package shipped though and gave me the tracking #.

Since I've ordered from Dollheart many times, I knew that I would only receive an e-mail from them when something changed about my order status (order confirmation, payment received, shipment). That's plenty for me; I don't expect companies to chat with me unless I ask a specific question.

* How easy was it to pay? Very easy, through Paypal.

* How long did it take to ship? This is the only issue with Dollheart. I ordered on July 23, but they didn't ship (an in-stock item) until August 4th. They use registered airmail, which can add some extra transit time, too, but in this case it was fairly prompt. I received my package on August 12th--just under three weeks from when I paid. Compared to other companies, this is pretty slow, but I've learned to accept the slowness--I think it's worth waiting for Dollheart's beautiful things.

Almost NONE! A week after my payment I sent them an email, why the order is still not marked as 'sent'. They replied asking for the paypal transaction ID. Gosh, I thought they see it immediately, when the payment is received ><" So, I sent it, and after another week, still nothing. I sent them like 5 or 6 emails, threatening them even at some point, but NO REPLY. I had no idea whether the package arrived, because I was away. Only when my mum called me that some package from 'dollheart' arrived, I was reassured.

Talking to Judy was great, she let me know when they couldn't find the shoes I ordered but surprise! There they were in the package. Not to mention she was really helpful with a problem I had with the outfit I ordered.

Really easy, paid with my credit card in one go and tada.

How long did it take to ship?
Shipped the next day and it was at my house Christmas Eve.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
I think the quality is really nice and I love all the detail, I just wish some of the outfits were a little less expensive.

Just like them. I used the Silver Blue pictures as a better view of the outfit, it's the same thing just different colours.

For the most part. I love the shoes but, DollHeart didn't include the bottom petticoat in any of the Peppermint Schnapps outfits for Doll Peddler so there's a whole part of the outfit missing for it.

Judy contacted DollHeart for me after I sent her a photo of what I had and as of January 2nd I had an email from DollHeart that they would send me the missing petticoat directly as soon as they could find them.

I got an e-mail from Dollheart saying my item had been sent on the 28th. (Although according to the tracking number, it didn't leave Hong Kong until the 2nd of January). It arrived on the 11th of January.

The problem is, that Litchi can't wear this dress, because we would have to remove her hands, because otherwise she can't get her hands/arms into the sleeves.
EDIT: My sister finally managed to put Litchi into her dress.

It was okay. I sent a few emails confirming payment was received/checking on shipping status, and the replies were either vague or not related at all to what I asked, lol. I expect it was a translation error. As a note though my email provider (gmail) tagged the messages as possibly not being sent from the person they were claiming to be sent from. I thought this was really weird, but had no issues.

It was a pre-order, noted to shipped in the middle of February. I panicked and the day I panicked I got my shipping notice, which was around February 20st-ish. The tracking number never worked though.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
It was stunning. The color was antique-y and not quite as a vibrant as I expected, so I loved it even more. The details were great. It was lined and there were no mismatched seams or strings hanging off. It was made of a good sturdy fabric. At first I thought it didn't include the tulle underskirt as advertised, but they simply folded it inside the dress. The underskirt does not foof it out as much as the picture though, so be warned about that (I have tons of Dollheart underskirts so this won't be an issue for me). The stocking do not match either (which again doesn't bother me, but be warned in case it bugs you) and have a brownish tinged stripe rather than pink stripes. It's absolutely gorgeous overall. I should add the shipping was ridiculous though, and I wish they would put a little boning in the corsets for how much they charge for the outfits.

Absolutely. It's absolutely gorgeous. I don't know if it will fit my girl since it isn't here yet, but I've purchased dollheart things before and always been happy with them.

Yup, definitely. I would probably use a retailer next time though, just for communication.

Really excellent! I only found out about the Dollheart.com site being hacked after I placed my order, and since that was the site I had used, this caused me a quite a bit of alarm. I emailed the Dollheart.net site in a bit of panic, asking if they had received my order, and they replied within the hour (they were actually that fast!) to reassure me that everything was fine.

* How easy was it to pay?

Almost too easy. >.<

The package arrived on March 19th, 2012-- faster than I expected.

Definitely!

A little better.

Very much. The only thing that surprised me was that the dress fabric had kind of strange, synthetic feeling to it. The zipper is a bit stubborn too, so I will have to be careful about it in the future. Otherwise, the dress is very beautiful, fits the intended doll perfectly, and can make a number of different looks with the accessories.

The dress is priced at 99.99 on the dollheart site. I won it for 89.99. And I've read that the quality is outstanding, and it is. I was a bit worried because it is second hand, and I get anal about the condition but it looked like new.​
