These are the only things I have that are streaks or braids -

this isnt exactly a streaked wig, but its close. i added a streak in my boys first wig (cause i hated it) buy using one of those colored hair extensions they sell at hottopic and torrid. they start out pretty long (i had to cut it), and can be heat styled (which should be done b4 adding it to the wig). all i did was lift the top layers of the wig up and sew the clip in using two stitches. the clip didnt show, and i had a streak. they come in different colors, and can probably be added to almost any wig. they are completely removable, and didnt hurt the wig at all. i dont have any really good shots of it tho...sorry

I have one streaked wig.. It's that oh-so-popular LeekeWorld L-100 though, as if there weren't enough of them in this thread. .^__^

It was originally black with white streaks, but I painted the white parts purple. =3

 

Fleur has a purple wig that has two white stripes, one on either side.

Pualani is in Iplehouse IHW_M017 #black gradation -- they have this style in several streaky color combinations, but for some reason the only one they've photographed so far is the "yellow gradation" streaky blonde shown in their catalog.

 

Aww, thank you! It's one of my favorites -- very nice and thick, and the color blend is very natural looking -- it looks a little more dramatic in the photo closeup above, but in person it looks less like huge streaky deliberate highlights, and more like a naturally dimensional sort of hair color, instead of the perfectly flat, even tone of a wig where all the fibers are the same color.

Isabeau, I haven't seen the brown gradation anywhere either, but I asked Iple what the difference was between that and the black gradation before I bought mine, and here's how they described it:

So it's probably closer to the two-tone black gradation in terms of how dramatic the color variation is, rather than the more widely mixed yellow version. Since the black gradation looks like it's a blend of their "natural black" and "sepia" colors, my guess is the brown gradation would be a blend of the shades they call "brown" and "milk brown" or "saddle brown":



Those shades seem close enough to blend well, they both have slightly reddish/golden undertones. Ask Iple about it on their message board and they might be able to describe it in a little more detail.

In natural light, the streaks look like natural highlights, while they look much more dramatic in artificial lighting. It's a gorgeous color.

I'd like to find long/mid length streaked wigs, a light color with darker streaks. Leeke had some, but not anymore it seems. So any pointers with photos would be really nice.

 

My Pukifee Pongpong has a two-toned wig and looks streaked (even though it isn't):

 

This probably won't be helpful, but I added streaks to my SOOM Shale's default (though straightened) wig. The streaks are the clip-in hair pieces from LeekeWorld.
