Melon lives just outside a small town in an even smaller settlement of caravans, it is said that one day they stopped here overnight, and simply never moved on.
During the day, when not helping out or at school, the children are left to amuse themselves making up games and being watched over by the older teens. Recently Melon has been befriended by a small creature who wandered past one day and forgot to keep walking, sometimes he's around and sometimes not, he speaks rarely and goes by the name of Leo.
When not in the company of others Melon likes to spend her time alone outside, daydreaming of many impossible things that will never happen, but they make her smile anyway.
