History/Background Story: He was made a vampire in Denmark in the beginning of the 1800's. After watching the downfall end eventual death of the love of his life he joined the clan of vampires that caused her death.

History/Background Story: A Healer by birth and a wizard by trade, Merrown is what is commonly known as a "Coin Mage", or a magic-wielder for hire. Working for various personas of rank allows him to travel and gather information, rumors, and artifacts.... Basically he's a spy. That held his interest for a few centuries, but he gradually became more interested in lore and has amassed a huge library of rare and ancient books. He still deals in information on the on the sly, but also oversees the management of his government's psychic warriors and their nymphen/human "Lights". But his life spans 700 years, so what he's up to depends on what timeline you find him in.

History/Background Story: As a young boy Blair was abandoned by his parents, the last of an unnamed noble family who did not desire a blind heir. They brought him to the empire's Superior for swift disposal. Despite his shortcomings, the Superior decided to have the child raised as the ultimate soldier--one without morals or compunction. He underwent multiple surgical experiments that brought back his vision before being undergoing extensive "training."

After passing his twelfth year Blair was placed under the care of a middle-aged woman who once advised the former Superior. Instead of teaching him to be a ruthless machine, she treated the boy with love and kindness, things he had never known before, telling him to value all life. It took only a matter of days before she was discovered by the Superior and had her face disfigured as punishment, then being sent to a re-education camp. Blair turned inward after this series of events, assuming the role of a feared military leader.

His latest mission involves him kidnapping a young woman named Althea Fenn, who begins to see the inherent goodness within him when he spares a group of freedom fighters without any reason but his own.
