Sun is immediately stricken with cupid's arrow when she lays eyes on October, Willow's childhood friend Spencer's younger brother. She begins to hang around their apartment to get close to him and stalk him. She soon finds out that October already has eyes for someone else...and that someone is the handsome and mysterious Regan Gray. She also discovers that Regan isn't any normal college student.
