Two Tone Wigs

Well, this is more earthy in tone, but since you didn't have any posts yet I figured this might hold you over. It's a KanaLong in Terra. here are a bunch in that style

 

I don't have a pic of my doll wearing the one I bought, but Luts sells this wig with orange streaks and tips, and also one in the same style with red streaks/tips. They also sell another one with blonde streaks all through it (if it isn't sold out).

I have a serious love of all things gradiented and find myself drawn to the two tone wigs. I would love to see photos of your girls and boys in wigs with more than one color, especially those that come in size 6/7 or 8/9 (I have a Limhwa half elf and Bobobie pixie on the way! Must be prepared!)! Please list the maker and if you have one on hand a link to where they can be bought. Thank you all in advance!

i havent got a turquise updo, but I do have a turqoise wig from kondoll whcih is somewhat greener in real life. Kondoll.com lists them as Sky blue (which is the colour I wanted originally, so boo.)

It's actually 8-9" but my 1/4 AR Jade is wearing it for fun

No it was easy. I got the base from someone on DoA ( can't remember now, but you could use any fur fabric wig), and just sewed on wool to it ( the wool was already dread like).

 

Oooooh! Very pretty wig, I love that color! I could probably experiment with a longer wig to make an updo.

Hmmm...if it was pretty easy it might be worth considering making my own wig somehow. I guess for a gradiented one I could just dip the tips in dye or something...

Well, his roots aren't black, but Moose's hair certainly looks like it's on fire at times. It's a Tinybear Tibetan wool wig in Burning Oak.

 

I'd love to see more turquoise wigs.

AerynAerie, that wig is adorable on your girl! I love the gradient (and House too). And vampireangel13, that boy is hottt O_O Did you dye the purple yourself or attach it?
