Backstory: "Jezebel" was a child laborer in turn of the century England. She was one of 7 children and was not allowed a formal education. She was in a coal mine when it collapsed killing her and 32 other children. They dug many of the bodies out, she watched as they did with a woman who told her she had died, but was now undead with an unquestionable duty- the reaping of souls. The woman's name was Magda and she explained all the rules and gave Jezebel a few tips on survival. Jez has been switching identities and allocating the funds of the unclaimed dead into her own now hefty bank account. Thanks to inflation over the past hundred years Jez is now worth a few million Pounds. She owns a lot of property, and must travel frequently as her assignments are not always local.
