Personality: Don't be fooled by his baby face. he has seen a lot in his short life, and is trained to uphold the Law in his Town. The people of the Town love him, and would do anything for him. He really keeps the Town folk together and they all work as a community together.

History: Lucas is half-gypsy and grew up on the caravan for the first ten years of his life, learning how to take care of all the trucks that moved them around. Then, when he was ten, his father, Viktor's father as well, came to take him back. He's always been told that the gypsys were very glad to get rid of him, though things have been coming up to make him think otherwise. Since he was in the city, his family has been very determined to keep him locked up, which also suppresses his powers, till he managed to get a job in Marcus's shop and get out of the city, where stranger things begin to happen to him.
Personality: Lucas is a shy, meek little thing. He doesn't want to create waves, and he always feels like he's actually unwanted. Despite this, he really is a mechanical genius, often showing up his boss at work, though he'll just claim he was lucky.
