      History: A Phoenix, Zathurel is the elder of a pair of twins. Once a priest in the Temple of Love and Affection, Zathurel has forsaken his life on the surface and in the skies for the dark confines of a vast system of subterranean caverns overrun by demons. In a failed pursuit for power, Zathurel bound his soul to that of a dying incubus'. Once the Head Priest of his temple, Zathurel now rules the underworld as Lord and Master.

      Personality: Zathurel is arrogant and distant. He often seems cold and heartless, unfeeling. His hard, merciless attitude conceals the loneliness and despair he feels, and what he wants more than anything else is someone to love who will return his love, and to be reunited with his twin once more. His snide, occasionally malicious, manner often makes him come across as a total asshole--which is exactly how he likes it.

      Likes: Prior to his descent into the dark, Zathurel took pleasure in soaring through the open skies, often with his younger twin by his side. He loves hot baths, and can spend easily an hour soaking in his bath, which draws its water from underground volcanic springs. He also loves the honey mead served to priests and priestesses of the temples, and very much misses the rich, sweet taste of it.

      Dislikes: Dislikes would include most of the demons under his rule, though disdain and contempt may be better terms for his feelings towards them.
