Personality/History:
Togo is, quite honestly, happy idiot. He loves to skip around jingling as he
sings weird songs at the top of his lungs and chows on candy and milkshakes.
Acting as if he never reached his seventh birthday, despite reaching doubled
that, he's the type of boy you'll still find playing on swings and eating flowers.
It's not his fault though, because the flowers said they were yummy. Such
taunting plants. Cue the pouting, stomping and balled fists...

...which lasts all of five seconds. Puppi's good at distracting him. That, and
his lackadaisical mentality to life. It's simply not worth acting all grumpy to him.
Being happy is so much better feeling, right? It would take a landslide of
happenings to actually make him angry, mostly because he simply does not
get the emotion. He'll just blankly stare, popping more gummi octopi in his head.

Because of this overly happy nature, he makes a horrid pestilence (which is
why diphtheria hasn't genocided the human race in a long time). Sure, humanity's
happy but his boss is pretty pissed about the whole matter. None of the pestilences
quite know how he keeps his job, and no one really cares. More for the taking in
their eyes and Togo's more than happy to oblige.

The most important part of Togo's life is his uber-ultra best friend Puppi. In fact,
seventy five percent of the words out of Togo's mouth is simply "Puppi! " The
odd dog-creature started hanging around a day after the little boy's fifth birthday.
He figured it was a late birthday present from his folks. His folks figured it was
one of those imaginary friends and when it didn't stop, that their son was just crazy.

After the age of eight, his parents took him to a doctor who diagnosed him as
schizophrenic. No matter what anyone told him, Togo never believed that Puppi
only existed in his head. That was crazy. Cue the pouting and balled fists...

...then, he shrugged it off and went on living. It wasn't their fault they were stupid.
"Right, Puppi? " He just skipped around his huge house, singing the sings he
heard in his head. After a blotched lobotomy in a hotel bedroom, he died at fifteen
and was granted the option of becoming a pestilence of diphtheria, much to the
headache and regret of his boss.

Nowadays, he remains the happy idiot as he was in the 30s. He loves hearing the
songs he sang so much back than on the radio now, screaming how he was fan
even before the band existed (beat that, blondie!). He also loves ha-haing that
Puppi so does exists outside his head, but no one in his family is alive today
to hear it, except one of his cousins. He's pretty sick of all the gloating, so he
reminds the little Diphtheria boy he's still technically "clinically insane". xD

Backgound:
A well discipline and lady-like manner, she likes wearing gothic Lolita specifically fashion in Japan. Reading educating books is her hobby; she won’t get tired of it. She can’t get out of their house unless she wears new dress and a pair of shoes. Dancing is her weakness. She tried ballet but her thin body doesn’t fit her weight and move.
