How you're using his uniqueness:
I'd originally just wanted to make a doll-sized mask based on this drawing I'd done (er...warning for blood/weirdness/badart?), which was based on some images I'd found of (what was probably) a basking shark carcass. Kurt's fun little froggy bits were like the perfect thing to go along with what I'd already had in mind.

Hahahhaa, so my frog is now a fish XD

Personality: a maniacal little loose cannon. Blaine is named after the insane monorail in Stephen King's Dark Tower novels, and shares some of his personality traits.
Story: Blaine was kept at a facility using the cover of an orphanage to perform various tests on its inmates from a young age. He became the subject of a particularly rigorous series of genetic modifications, which gave him the froggy webbing on his hands and exacerbated his tempermental nature and short fuse.
How you're using his uniqueness: I had actually originally intended to modify his body so it would be as close as possible to a regular SDCute boy, but I kept the webbing on the hands and the crazy ears because I really like them. I did give him a new faceup and sand the webbing off his elbows, though.
