Older than the Goat will ever know, the Wolf was born in the frozen North hundreds of years before the Cataclysm that destroyed civilization two thousand years ago.

In those days, he was an icon, a designer and an influencer, and in no small part a seducer - one of the most famous men of the time. The Cataclysm took all of it from him, and though he was lucky to be one of the few of his kind to survive, and one of fewer still who has not died since - the wound of his losses has never healed.

For centuries he kept to the wildlands, refusing to rejoin the world as it had become. Even when his kind began slowly to reincarnate, he had no love for them - only hatred and revenge lived in his heart.

Then came the Goat, that strange and fearless creature so loved by the moon. Never did he push the Wolf to go back to his people, but instead said: we shall be wild together.

In time, the Wolf found that hope was beginning to blossom in his heart. He brought the Goat to his home from the old days, and they restored it together. Seeing this, the Wolf decided that they would also restore the world to the glorious thing that it had been before the Cataclysm, so that he could share with the Goat the wonders he grieved for.
