Provenance:

Bought him second hand from member of local bjd community this July (2025). But he was released in 2013 and lived in his box since. I am his third owner.

Reason for choice:

He was sold in fullset, NRFB, and I wanted to experience a Volks doll in original packaging, so he was a first choice.

Best Points:

Everything - from the movement of joints to make up. Brilliant work of art. I feel like Volks is getting into my heart and soul haha, and I enjoy it.

Worst Points:

Needs to be restringed, he's string is too old and weak now. Also I put his pants from fullset on him, and it dyed his legs...! So had to change it to different ones. Plus now I want more Volks dolls ahaha, so it's a little bit of "it's a trap" situation :D

I created a character Michael around 2023, he just came into my head. I even made a handmade toy of him, but now transfered the character to bjd-version. His name is pretty simple one, I feel like he can travel anywhere with a name like that.
