The Halloween 2017 Engraved head, or Halloween '17 Engraved, sculpt is a MiniFee event head sculpted by Fairyland. It was available during the Halloween event, which lasted from September 22, 2017, to November 1, 2017. The head can only be bought secondhand.
It is the engraved version of the Halloween '17 event head.
