BlueFairy Tiny Fairy Patrick (or Patricia, when on a girl body) was first introduced in August 2009, at the same time as Gus and Jasmine.
In October 2009 Blue Fairy introduced Patrick/Patricia in two limited edition full sets as part of the "Who Stole the Tarts" set. Beauty white Who's Patricia was sold as an 'Alice' version [1] and beauty white Who's Patrick was sold as a 'white rabbit' version [2].
